surrounding areas of St. Louis, MO. Sherry manages the business while
Chris, “the wiz kid computer genius”, provides the
dedicated, high quality technical support our customers have grown to
expect and rely on.
- Computers are tricky and mysterious “creatures”. Sometimes it seems as though they have minds of their own and can be frustrating to use. Once you become our customer you can relax! When there’s trouble you have your own personal tech guy close by and ready to help. We invite you to call or email us anytime with questions.
- Educating our customers is one of our highest priorities. You’ve bought all this “stuff” and you want to make the most out of it. You need to know what else your computer can do to make your life easier, more efficient, creative and enjoyable.
- While Chris is working on your computer, whether he built it himself or not, he often points out neat little conveniences that you may not be aware of that are easy to access in your computer. Plus he can patiently teach you a few things about your other gizmos and gadgets (such as your phone, camera and scanner). Chris is thorough and can anticipate your questions well in advance so that afterwards you won’t be left scratching your head wondering, “What do I do now?”
